Festival Terms

1. ORGANIZERS
The organizer of the “Anchor Festival” is Julian und Juliane Events GbR, Wichernsweg 45, 20537 Hamburg, Germany, represented by Julian Lange and Juliane Wogram. All claims are always to stand against the organizer.

2. REGISTRATIONS / ORDERS FOR THE “ANCHOR FESTIVAL”
The registrations/orders for the “Anchor Festival” are binding and make payment of the chosen ticket compulsory. Registration can only happen through the registration form on www.anchor-festival.com. A registration/order can be cancelled and refunded 14 days after receiving a confirmation email, without giving reasons. It cannot be cancelled or refunded later than 14 days after receiving a confirmation email for an important reason unless the important reason is a breach of duty of the organizer.

3. PAYMENT
All orders for the “Anchor Festival” are to be payed within 14 days after receiving the confirmation email. The email includes all necessary information for the bank transfer. If the registration is made 14 days prior to the event, the order can be payed cash at the front desk of the event upon arrival.

4. PROGRAM CHANGES
The organizer reserve the right to add, modify, remove and adjust elements of the event (schedule, teachers, shows etc.) in the best interests of the overall event, wellbeing of staff and attendees, and for operational reasons. The organizer will endeavour to inform participants accordingly to the best of their ability.

5. LIABILITY
The participant attends workshops, parties and competitions of the “Anchor Festival” at their own risk. The organizer is only liable for any personal injury in case of an at least negligence breach of trust. For further damages the organizer is only liable if the organizer or any of the organizers assistants can be charged with gross negligence. The organizer is not liable for any personal items.

6. PHOTO-, FILM-, SOUND RECORDINGS
The participant agrees that any photo-, film- or sound recordings made by the organizer or a third party hired by the organizer may be printed or published online on the organizer's websites and on social media (Facebook, Google+, Youtube, Vimeo). If a participant does not want a photo to be published on which the participant is clearly recognizable, the participant needs to inform the organizer explicitly. The participant is not allowed to film during the workshops, except for the short summary at the end of each workshop given by the teacher.

7. PRIVACY POLICY
The participant agrees to the electronic processing of his data. Such data will be treated confidentially.

8. FINAL PROVISIONS
Court of jurisdiction is Hamburg, Germany. The law of the Federal Republic of Germany is valid. Changes of the terms and conditions are reserved.undefined
